What I collect. When you request a guide, a home value range, or a call, I collect the information you type into the form: typically your name, email address, phone number, and, for a home value request, a property address. I also receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited, through cookies and similar tools.
How I use it. I use your information to send you the guide or home value range you asked for, to follow up on that request by email, text, or phone, to send occasional Suffolk County market notes, and to improve these pages. I do not sell your personal information.
Text messages. If you provide a mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from me related to your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Who else sees it. Your information is stored in the customer relationship system I use to run my business (HighLevel) and may be processed by the email, text, and advertising platforms that deliver my messages and ads, including Meta. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to me. I may also disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and advertising. These pages may use cookies and pixels, including the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, to measure how visitors use the site and to show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link, and every text message honors STOP. To ask what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. I will respond within 30 days.
Children. These pages are not directed to anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
Educational information only. The guides, home value ranges, and other content on these pages are general educational information. They are not legal, tax, financial, or appraisal advice. A home value range is a market analysis based on recent comparable sales; it is not an appraisal and should not be relied on as one.
No agency relationship. Requesting a guide, a range, or a call does not create an agency relationship between you and James Acierno or Real Broker NY LLC. Any such relationship is established only by a separate written agreement.
Use of the materials. The guides are for your personal use. Please do not resell or republish them.
